About OCD Lethbridge

Our Mission

At OCD Lethbridge, we are dedicated to building a strong community of support for individuals and families affected by OCD.

About

OCD Lethbridge offers educational and informational social media posts to increase awareness and understanding of OCD. These posts provide valuable information and resources for individuals and families seeking to learn more about OCD, how to support those affected by it, and how recreation and leisure can be a helpful coping strategy.

Join us for our regular support group meetings, where individuals and families affected by OCD can find a supportive and understanding environment that offers a place to share experiences, gain support, and learn how recreation and leisure can be used as a coping strategy.

Access our resource library for a wealth of information on OCD, including Lethbridge mental health resources, community recreation and leisure opportunities, Lethbridge OCD therapists, and other helpful materials. Our goal is to provide comprehensive resources to assist individuals and families in managing and understanding OCD.
